All packages are shipped out via USPS, free of charge, within 24 hours after payment is processed during working days. WildLifeRx operates during normal business hours, 9 am-5 pm MST Monday-Friday PST. Orders are shipped the same day the payment is processed before 2:00 pm PST Monday - Friday. WildLifeRx may not ship on holidays if the holiday falls on a Monday-Friday.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products! If you are not satisfied you may exchange the opened product for a different product or return the unopened, sealed product for a full refund. The product must be returned within 14 days. Once the product(s) is received, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please double check your address before placing an order to ensure the correct apartment and suite numbers. Upon delivery of your order please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide detailed information with full descriptions if possible.
For subscription cancellations, please request a cancellation at least 7 days prior to the subscription renewal date. Note that if your subscription has been already renewed you may have to wait to receive your package and contact customer service, within 14 days, for a refund.
All products have <0.3% THC and are legal in all 50 states. This product is not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18. All products are for use in animals not humans and WildlIfeRx will not be responsible for harm done to humans that use a product sold on WildlifeRx intended for an animal. Hemp CBD has not been approved by the FDA to treat or cure any medical condition. All pets should seek medical care from a Licensed Veterinarian prior to using a Hemp CBD product.
